延安市高校学生体质健康现状与制约因素研究

摘　　要：对延安市高校学生体质健康状况进行研究,寻求其影响因素,为决策部门提供可靠的参考依据。运用问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对所获得数据进行统计分析。结果表明:男女生体重明显高于全国水平,男女生之间差异并不显著,在超重指标方面男生略高于女生。肺活量、体重指数也均高于全国平均水平。男生台阶实验指数高出全国平均值,男女生体前屈超过全国平均水平。而50 m和立定跳远成绩均低于全国平均水平。大学生的身体形态发育水平有所提高,身体机能呈上升的趋势、身体素质部分的速度与下肢爆发力指标呈下滑的趋势,影响大学生体质健康的因素主要是大学自身以及社会因素两个方面。Study on Yan＇ an university students＇ physique health,to seek its influence factor,and provide reliable reference basis for the decision- making departments. Using the method of questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,the obtained data were statistically analyzed. The results showed that the weight was significantly higher than the national level,both men and women,there was no significant difference between boys and girls,boys slightly higher than the girls in overweight index. Lung capacity,body mass index also were higher than the national average. Boys step experiment index was higher than the national average,boys and girls began to bend more than the national average. The 50 m and standing long jump results were below the national average. Improving students＇ body form development,body function showed ascendant trend,the speed of the physical part with lower limbs explosive index showed the trend of decline,the factors influencing college students＇ physical health was mainly two aspects of the university itself and social factors.
