摘　　要：从铁矿山生产实际出发,阐述矿山地质管理工作在铁矿矿山生产实践中的应用,从加强铁矿山地质管理工作着手,分析庙沟铁矿当前矿山地质工作存在问题,提出改进措施,为庙沟铁矿露天转地下关键过渡时期及今后铁矿矿山地质管理工作提供技术保障。Miaogou Iron ore mine is a medium-scaled mine currently shifting from open-pit to underground construction. Application of geological management work in the mine production is illustrated from six aspects including production and prospecting management,sample taking and assay management,mineral reserves management,which provides guarantees for the critical transition period and underground production of the mine afterwards.
