摘  要:目的明确某企业职业病危害因素并对其进行分析评价,提出合理可行的防护对策,保护劳动者健康。方法采用职业卫生调查、检查表法、工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对本建设项目进行评价。结果本项目生产过程中产生的职业危害因素有粉尘(炉渣尘、石灰石粉尘、金属粉尘、电焊烟尘)、铅烟、二氧化硒、铋及其化合物、氢氧化钠、盐酸、氯化物(氯气、氯化钠、氯化铵)、硫化物(二氧化硫、硫化钠、硫酸钠)、氨、铜及其化合物、砷及其化合物、镉及其化合物、锌及其化合物、碲及其化合物、锰及其化合物、噪声、高温、工频电场等,根据对该企业的检测结果显示:粉尘、铅烟、二氧化硒、氢氧化钠等检测结果均符合职业接触限值的要求;铅铋生产车间破碎操作工噪声强度测量结果为87.5 d B(A)、顶吹炉巡检工噪声强度测量结果为85.9 d B(A);工频电场测量结果均符合国家职业卫生接触限值的要求。结论本项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,采取适当的控制职业病危害的措施后,在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。Objectlve To clear occupational hazard factors and carry on the analysis and evaluation, put forward feasible protective countermeasures and protect laborers' health in the enterprise. Methods The methods of field investigation, checklist and detection were applied to evaluate the occupational hazards and protective measures. Results The occupa- tional hazards of the project included : dust (dust and slag, hmestone dust, metal dust and welding fumes), lead tobacco, selenium dioxide, bismuth and its compounds, sodium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, chloride ( chlorine, sodium chloride and ammonium chloride), sulfur (sulfur dioxide, sodium sulfide and sodium sulfate), ammonia, copper and its compounds, arse- nic and its compounds, cadmium and its compounds, zinc and its compounds, tellurium and its compounds, manganese and its compounds, The concentratins of noise, temperature, frequency electric field, etc. The test results showed that the concen- trations of dust, smoke lead, selenium dioxide, sodium hydroxide were in line with the requirements of occupational exposure limits;Noise intensity showed that the production of lead - bismuth crushing plant operatives [ 87. 5 dB (A) ], top blowing furnace inspection workers exposure to noise level [ 85.9 dB (A)] exceeded the national occupational exposure limits;Fre- quency electric field measurement results were in line with national occupational health exposure limit require- ments. Conclusion The project belongs to serious occupational hazards. It' s feasible to take appropriate measures to con- trol occupational hazards.
