2013年吉林省西部贫困县6～15岁中小学生生长发育和营养状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解吉林省西部贫困县6-15岁中小学生生长发育和营养状况，为进一步改善贫困县中小学生生长发育和营养状况提供科学依据。方法2013年在吉林省大安市、通榆县、镇赉县随机抽取了30所学校，对在校的6～15岁5837名学生进行身高、体重的测量并进行描述性分析。结果从2013年吉林省西部贫困县6～15岁中小学生不同年龄、性别身高、体重均值、身高和体重发育曲线图上看，男生在各个年龄段身高和体重的均值均普遍高于女生。营养不良的学生有l039名（占17．80％），超重学生有855名（占14．65％），肥胖学生有706名（占12．10％）。结论目前吉林省西部贫困县中小学生生长发育符合一般规律，男、女生身高、体重均随年龄增长而逐年增加。男生营养不良率显著高于女生，男、女生超重率基本接近，男生肥胖率稍高于女生，应进一步采取有效措施以减少营养不良、控制超重与肥胖的发生率。Objective To understand the growing development and nutritional status among primary and middle school students of western counties in Jilin province in order to provide scientific evidence. Methods 5 837primary and middle school students aged 6 to 15 years old selected from 30 schools in urban areas of Da＇ an , Tongyu and Zhenlai counties,the indexes height and weight were measured and the descriptive analysis was applied. Results In the height and weight curves of primary and middle school students in Jihn province, the average height and weight of the boys at all ages were higher than those of the girls. The prevalence rate of malnutrition, overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students was 17. 80%, 14. 65% and 12. 10%, respectively. Conclusion The growth and development of primary and middle school students in western counties in Jilin province is in accordance with general rules, which height and weight of the boys and the girls increase with the age. The boys＇ malnutrition rate is significantly higher than the girls＇ , the overweight rate of the boys and the girls are basically close, the obesity rate of the boys is slightly higher than that of the girls. It＇ s suggested to take effective measures to further reduce malnutrition, and control the incidence of overweight and obesity.
