摘　　要：阐述了体育社会组织的概念与内涵,结合政府职能转变对当前体育社会组织的影响和要求进行了分析,并提出了当前体育社会组织可持续发展的建议:切实转变政府职能,探索政府与体育社会组织的有效合作模式;政府应积极营造体育社会组织发展的良好环境;进一步建全我国法律体系,加强体育社会组织的监督与管理;加强自身能力建设,不断提升公共体育服务质量。The paper expatiates on the connotation and concept of sports social organization, discusses the influence and requirement of government＇s function change on current sports social organization and proposes suggestions for the sustainable development of sports social organization. The paper proposes to explore effective cooperative mode of government and sports social organization, manage the environment for the sports social organization, improve the law system of China, strengtren sports social organization monitoring and management, strengthen the ability and improve the public sports service quality.
