摘  要:目的探讨加味玉屏风颗粒对慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及对血清Ig E、嗜酸粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响。方法将88例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组(44例)和对照组(44例)。治疗组患者给予加味玉屏风颗粒,对照组给予盐酸左西替利嗪,服用4周后分别对其临床疗效、起效时间、复发率进行比较,并检测两组患者血清中Ig E、ECP表达水平。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者血清中Ig E、ECP水平治疗后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较治疗组血清中Ig E、ECP水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味玉屏风颗粒可有效治疗慢性荨麻疹,复发率低,且无明显不良反应,并可显著降低患者血清Ig E及ECP水平。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of modified Yupingfeng granule in treating Chronic urticariaand its influence on expression of serum IgE,ECP. Methods 88 cases of patients with Chronic urticaria were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the observation group and the control group,44 cases in each group. The observation group were given modified Yupingfeng granule,and thecontrol group were given Levocetirizine Hydrochloride. After 4 weeks,the clinical curative effect,onset time,recurrence rate were compared,then the expressions ofserum IgE,ECP were detected.Results Total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.05);The difference of recurrence rate in the two groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Compared with before treatment,the difference of expression of serum IgE,ECP levels after treatment was statistically significant(P〈0.05);serum IgE,ECP levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Modified Yupingfeng granule can effectively treat chronic urticaria,the recurrence rate was low,and the adverse reactions were slightly,And ModifiedYupingfeng granulescould obviously suppress the expression of serum IgE,ECP.
