摘  要:目的了解中医药院校医学统计学课程的教学现状,为教学改革提供依据。方法采用自填问卷的方式,对2012级481名硕士研究生进行问卷调查。结果绝大多数学生认为医学统计学课程和SPSS软件的学习非常重要,但学习兴趣并不高;大多数学生认为软件操作和案例辨析更有利于对统计学知识的理解和应用;多数学生认为基本统计方法与高级统计方法、研究设计与统计分析的教学应均衡为宜。结论研究生对医学统计学很重视,但教学效果不理想,应结合软件操作、案例教学及网络课程进一步提高教学效果。Objective To investigate the current situation of medical statistics teaching in traditional Chinese medicine university, and provide a basis for teaching reform. Methods A survey was carried out among 481 postgraduates enrolled in 2012 by using questionnaires filled by themselves. Results The great majority of the students thought it very important to take medical statistics course and learn SPSS software operation, but they didn’t have strong interest. Most students believed that software operation and case study were more advantageous ways for understanding and application of statistical knowledge. The majority of them also thought the teaching emphases should be balanced between basic and advanced statistical methods, research design and statistical analysis. Conclusion Although high attention has been paid to of teaching and learning of medical statistics, the expected effect fails to be reached. Teaching efficiency can be increased with the combination of software operation, case study and online course.
