摘　　要：《永嘉先生伤寒论讲义》是清末浙江医家徐定超为近代最后一所官办医学堂北洋京师大学堂医学馆编写的伤寒教材,编者在讲义中引用明清伤寒诸家之说来阐释经义,主张教学中通过审证、知名来正确理解仲景辨证论治本意,提出"病择医,医择学,学择人"的教医育人观点,为民国初期中医学校教材编写起到了示范作用,在一定程度上促进了近代中医学校教育的形成和发展。Master Yongjia’s Lecture Notes to the Treatise on Febrile Diseases was compiled for the government-run medical institution of the Beiyang Jingshi Academy by the famous Chinese physician Xu Ding-chao of the late Qing Dynasty. The compiler quoted different schools of theories on febrile diseases and proposed correct understanding of Zhang Zhong-jing’s treatment based on syndrome differentiation. His new concept of medical education contained in this course-book had a demonstration effect on Chinese medicine textbook compilation in the early period of Republic of China, which, to some extent, accelerated the formation and development of modern college education of Chinese medicine.
