摘 要:旅游业的迅速发展,带动景区酒店快速发展,受多种因素的影响,景区酒店房价在不同年度、不同时期会呈现波动状况,景区酒店客房价格的波动与旅游景区、酒店经营者、旅游者等相关利益群体密切相关。论文以五星级大酒店普陀山祥生大酒店作为研究案例,从景区酒店业的供需情况、竞争状况、客房成本、收益目标等角度,分析了祥生大酒店客房价格在时间序列上的波动的成因。With the fast development of tourism, the scenic hotels develop rapidly. Inlfuenced by various factors, the hotel rates often lfuctuate in different periods in different year. And the price lfuctuations of hotel rooms in scenicspots are closely associated with tourist attraction,hoteloperators and tourists. Taking the ifve-starhotel XiangshengGrand Hotel & Resort Mountain Putuo as a case study, this paper analyzes the reasons that caused the hotel price lfuctuation on the time series from the angles of supply and demand, competition, guest room costs, proift targets and etc.
