摘 要:目的:探讨腹腔注射银杏叶提取物(EGB)对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑损伤(HIBD)后脑组织C1eaved caspase3(CC3)的影响。方法:7日龄Wister新生大鼠随机分为:假手术组,HIBD组,EGB治疗组;按处死时间不同分为12h、24h、48h、3d亚组。复制缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型。采用免疫组化方法检测大脑皮层及海马区脑组织。结果:HIBD组脑组织CC3表达比假手术组明显增加(P〈0.05);与HIBD组比较,EGB组各亚组脑组织CC3阳性表达明显减少(P〈0.05)。结论:EGB可减轻缺氧缺血性脑细胞的细胞凋亡。Objective To investigate the effect of EGB on brain tissue CC3 of newborn rat after hypoxic ischemic brain damage [HIBD].Methods Wister newborn 7 days rats, randomly divided into three groups: control group, HIBD group, EGB treatment group, according to the execution time ,were divided into 12 h, 24 h, 48 h and 3d subgroups. Copy the HIBD model under general anesthesia. Using immunohistochemical method to detect the cerebral cortex and hippocampus tissue CC3 positive expression in each group. Results The HIBD group visible CC3 expression in the brain tissue increased significantly than control group (P〈0.05) EGB group CC3 expression decreased significantly than the HIBD group(P〈 0.05).Conclusion EGB can alleviate hypoxic ischemic brain damage and protect the neurons.
