封闭式负压引流与对冲引流治疗骨髓炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察封闭式负压引流与对冲引流治疗骨髓炎的疗效。方法：将120例骨髓炎患者作为研究对象并随机分为对照组和观察组，其中观察组患者治疗方案选取封闭式负压引流，而对照组患者治疗方案选取对冲引流，探讨两组患者临床症状改善情况。结果：观察组患者临床症状和对照组患者相比明显好转，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对骨髓炎患者在治疗的过程中选取封闭式负压引流，不仅提高临床治疗效果，而且增加了患者的康复速度，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of of closed negative pressure drainage combined with rushing drainage on treatment of osteomyelitis. Methods Selected 120 cases of osteomyelitis patients as the research objects they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, observation group used closed negative pressure drainage, control group used rushing drainage, explored two groups＇ improvement of clinical symptoms. Results The clinical systems of observation group was better than control group, there was significant difference between two groups （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Closed negative pressure drainage combined with rushing drainage not only improve the clinical treatment effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
