椎体后凸成形术在上中胸椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折治疗中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的：对椎体后凸成形术在上中胸椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者中的临床治疗效果予以探讨分析。方法：随机选取2012年1月至2013年12月收治的应用椎体后凸成形术开展治疗的中胸椎骨质疏松压缩性骨折患者20例，手术之后对患者开展一年左右的随访，对患者手术前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分进行对比分析。结果：患者手术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分与开展手术前相比具有明显的下降，并且差异具有统计学意义。结论：在为中胸椎骨质疏松患者开展治疗的过程中，应用榷体后凸成形术为患者开展治疗，能够有效的减轻患者的疼痛，改善患者的生活质量，值得在临床应用中推广。Objective Of the protruding afar vertebral plasty in middle thoracic spinal osteoporosis compression fractures patients in the clinical treatment effect are discussed. Methods Randomly selected from January 2012 to December 2013 were the application of the protruding after vertebral plasty in the treatment of thoradc of 20 patients with osteoporosis compression fractures patients aftr surgery for patients in about a year of follow-up, visual analog pain scores before and after operation on the patients were analyzed. Results The patients postoperative visual analog pain score compared to carry out before the operation has obvious drop, and the difference is statistically significant Condusion For patients with thomdc spinal osteoporosis in the process of treatment, the application of the protruding after vertebral plasty for patients to carry out treatment, can effectively ease the pain of patients, improve the patient＇s quality of life, is worth popularizing in clinical applications.
