摘 要:为深入研究机场非航空性资源价值开发过程中的影响因素及各因素间作用效应,构建了与机场非航空性资源价值开发密切相关的6个因素的冲量过程模型,并开展了仿真模拟与不利因素控制研究。数值模拟结果表明:机场旅客吞吐量增加会对非航资源开发面积、旅客自愿停留时间、非航资源收入、非航资源业态组合产生有利的正向影响,对旅客旅行体验最初产生不利的负向影响,随后产生有利影响;在6个因素中,旅客吞吐量增加对非航资源收入产生的有利影响最大;旅客吞吐量增加对旅客旅行体验起初产生的不利影响可以通过一些措施加以控制,但采取控制措施会导致机场非航资源价值开发的稳定性降低。To deeply investigate the influence factor and interaction effect of each factor in the value develop- ment process of airport's non-aviation resources, the impulse process model of six factors which were closely related to value development of airport's non-aviation resources was established. In the meantime, humerical simulation and study on control of adverse factors was carried out. The model's simulation result shows that: increase of airport passenger throughput has favorable influence on development area of non-aviation resources, voluntary stop time of passenger, revenue of non-aviation resources, and business combination of non-aviation resources. It has adverse influence on travel experience of passenger at first and has favora- ble influence later. Among the six factors, increase of airport passenger throughput has biggest influence on revenue of non-aviation resources. The adverse influence previously mentioned can be reduced by using some control measures, but using control measures may lead to lower the stability of value development of airport's non-aviation resources.
