摘  要:公平与效率的关系是一个具有重大理论价值和实践意义的命题。由于对公平的理解不同,学术界存在着多种对公平与效率关系的认识。主流观点认为,公平与效率是反向变化的关系。而程恩富教授则认为这种反向变化的看法是存在严重缺陷的。在程教授看来,市场经济下的按劳分配才是公平的真正含义。为此,他重新定义了公平范畴,将按劳分配思想引入公平定义,并从这一公平的含义出发,创造性地提出了按劳分配意义的公平与效率具有同向互促关系的命题。该命题的数理分析表明,在程教授的假设下公平与效率确实是等价的,因而程教授关于公平与效率存在同向互促关系的命题是成立的。The relationship between fairness and efficiency is one of the important theoretical and practical significance of the proposition. Due to the different definition of fair, there are many academic circles on the relationship between fairness and efficiency, while the mainstream view is equal to the per capita income as the basic definitions of fairness, it is the inevitable result of the reverse of fairness and efficiency. Professor Cheng Enfu thinks that the reverse change is not a law, but due to defects in the definition of the. To this end, he redefines the category of equity, and creatively put for ward the fairness and efficiency of the same to the mutual promoting relation proposition According to the definition of Professor Cheng, mathematical re lationship can establish the fair and the efficiency, the contact that, true equality is distribution according to work sense of fairness, because only the fair to promote the efficiency. In a word, fairness and efficiency are equivalent, so the professor Cheng of fairness and efficiency with the mutual promotion of proposition, is correct.
