摘　　要：合作社是解决弱小农户和大市场矛盾的一种有效组织形式。欧洲农业合作社经历了100多年的发展,积累了丰富的经验,这些经验对我国发展合作社有很好的借鉴作用。本文以德国、法国和丹麦作为研究对象,综合分析这些国家农业合作社的运行机制和制度安排,并从合作社理论的视角进行评析,最终提出我国合作社的改革路径。Cooperative is an effective organization form to solve the contradiction of small farmers and big market. Agricultural cooperative in developed countries has developed over one hundred years ＆ accumulated rich experience, these experience has a very good reference to Chinese cooperatives. The paper comprehensively analyzes the operation mechanism and institutional arrangements of some developed countries such as Germany, France ＆ Denmark . Finally it puts forward the reform path of cooperative in China from the angle of cooperative theories.
