摘  要:目的:探讨学生综合性实验设计内容。方法:以"水蒸气蒸馏-气相色谱内标法测定小茴香中反式茴香脑"为例,开展适合药学专业的综合性实验方案的设计与实践。结果:实验设计内容具有较强的综合性,不仅可以提高药学生的实验技能,还可培养学生的综合思维能力和创新意识。结论:综合性实验设计的实践,有利于激发学生学习的主动性和学习兴趣,有利于培养学生的综合实践能力和创新意识,并取得了较好的教学效果。Objective: Comprehensive experiments not only could improve experimental skills of pharmacy students, but also could develop their integrated skills and innovation thinking. Methods: This paper took the experiment “the determination of trans-anethole in Foeniculum Vulgare Mill by steam distillation combining with gas chromatography using an internal standard” as an example, designed and practiced appropriate comprehensive experiments for pharmacy students. Results: Experiment content with strong comprehensive and design can not only improve medicine students' experimental skills, can also develop the students' ability of comprehensive thinking and innovative consciousness. Conclusion: The practice of the comprehensive design experiment, which is beneficial to stimulate students learning initiative and interest in learning, to cultivate students' comprehensive practice ability and innovation consciousness, have achieved good teaching effect.
