MORA生物共振治疗仪联合药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨MORA生物共振治疗仪联合普瑞巴林药物治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的疗效。方法:将94例PHN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组47例。治疗组在口服药物基础上联合MORA生物共振治疗仪治疗;对照组采用口服普瑞巴林药物治疗。在治疗前、治疗后的1周、4周及8周,对患者进行视觉模拟评分(VAS)和睡眠评分,比较两种治疗方式的疗效并观察不良反应。结果:两组治疗后的1周、4周及8周各时间点的VAS和睡眠评分均较前下降,差异有统计学意义(t=8.703,t=0.964,t=1.818;P<0.01);治疗组显效率优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(x2=3.899,P<0.05)。两组均未观察到明显副反应。结论:MORA生物共振治疗仪治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效,对其康复有促进作用。Objective： To evaluate the effect of pregabalin combined with MORA bioresonance therapy on patients with postherpetic neuralgia （PHN）. Methods： Ninety four patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： received oral pregabalin （group A）; MORA bioresonance therapy combined with the same dose of pregabalin （group B）. The visual analog scale （VSA） and the sleep quality score were evaluated before treatment and on i, 4, 8 weeks after treatment. The curative effects were compared between the two groups and the adverse reactions were observed.Results： In each timepoints after treatment, the VAS scores and the sleep quality scores were obviously decreased than those before treatment in the two groups（t=8.703, t=0.964, t=1.818; P〈0.01）. The significantly effective rate in the group B was higher than that in the group A（χ^2=5.899, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： MORA bioresonance therapy has the promoting effect on the rehabilitation of PHN without any side effects.
