摘　　要：总结阴囊带蒂岛状皮瓣一期治疗前中段型尿道下裂的经验,为前中段型尿道下裂的治疗提供一种新的手术思路。回顾分析我院近3年阴囊带蒂岛状皮瓣一期治疗前中段型尿道下裂52例资料,其中阴茎前段型20例,阴茎中段型32例。该术式一次性治愈46例,术后发生尿瘘4例,尿道狭窄2例;尿瘘发生率7.69%,尿道狭窄发生率3.85%。阴囊带蒂岛状皮瓣作为一种治疗前中段型尿道下裂的新方法具有确切效果,并发症少,值得推广。To present the experience and to provide a new method of the treatment of one‐stage repair of distally and medium hypospadias using island‐scrotal skin flap .52 cases of distally and medium hypospadias using the method were reviewed in recent three years ,distally penis hypospadias are 20 cases and medium hypospadias are 32 cases .46 cases were cured ,the incidence of fistula after operating in 4 cases ,urethral stricture in 2 cases .The fistula rate for island‐scrotal skin flap was 7 .69% urethral stricture was 3 .85% .The technique was an optimal choice to kinds of hypospadias .And it is a safe ,convenient and effective technique for hypospadias .The method is worth of spreading .
