辽西地区无痛医疗麻醉管理工作调查分析——锦州市、葫芦岛市、朝阳市、阜新市、盘锦市11家医院联合调查报告

摘　　要：调查辽宁西部地区5个城市11家医院的14344例的无痛医疗工作情况，以麻醉质控为标准进行调查并作出书面报告。对上述医疗单位2010年1月1日~2012年12月31日所完成的无痛医疗麻醉工作情况进行实地考核。结果绝大多数医院在工作条件、人员资质、工作量统计等方面基本达到了辽宁省麻醉质控的标准与要求，但在完善规章制度，细化操作流程，降低医疗不良事件发生率等方面存在一定的问题，甚至个别问题比较突出。可见辽西地区无痛医疗工作仍存在诸多安全隐患，需要引起我们的密切重视并予以整改。It is to take survey of working conditions of painless medical service in 14 344 cases of 11 hospitals in 5 cites of western Liaoning province and presents a written report according to the standard of anesthesia quality control. The cases from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2012, were on-site evaluated. The survey shows that the working conditions, personnel qualification and workload statistics met the standard requirements of anesthesia quality control in most of the hospitals. However there are still some problems related to the rules and regulations, detailed operation procedure to reduce medical adverse event rates, even some problems are more prominent in individual unit, so we need to pay close attention to above results and carry out necessary rectification.
