摘  要:针对某南海油田原油高含蜡特性,开发了一种长链不饱和羧酸酯类共聚物,加药量为1 000 mg/L时,该共聚物的降凝幅度达到8.5℃。利用其复配得到的降凝剂J8A进行了现场试验,试验结果表明,其降凝效果明显优于现场在用药剂,当加药量达到320 m L/min即可控制现场原油凝点低于28℃,满足现场实际需求。According to crude oil on offshore oilfield with the characteristics of high paraffin, a muhipolymer was synthesized with long-chain unsaturated carboxylic ester and styrene. The experiments showed that the pour point of crude oil was dropped by as much as 8.5 de- grees when the concentration of the multipolymer was 1 000 mg/L. A pour point depressant made of the multipolymer and other materials was studied on offshore oilfield. The experi- ments showed that the pour point of crude oil can be lower than 28℃ when the concentra- tion of the pour point depressant was 320 mL/min, and the pour point depressant is meet the demands of the offshore oilfield.
