摘  要:选择热害指数、恢复指数、生物量、根冠比、生物量胁迫指数、根冠比胁迫指数等指标,通过隶属函数分析、聚类分析、相关分析等方法对国内外30份苜蓿种质资源苗期耐热性进行综合评价。结果表明:L-400、飞马、丰宝、亮苜5号、保定等品种热害指数较小,恢复指数较大;阿尔冈金、L-350、公农2号、维多利亚、路宝等品种热害指数较大,恢复指数较小;采用隶属函数及聚类分析评价30份苜蓿种质资源苗期的耐热性,结果表明飞马、丰宝、亮苜5号、L-400、保定等品种耐热性较强,路宝、阿尔冈金、维多利亚、公农2号、L-350等苜蓿耐热性较差。可选用热害指数及恢复指数作为苜蓿种质资源苗期耐热性鉴定指标。The heat injury index, recovery index, biomass, root/shoot ratio, biomass stress index, root/shoot ratio stress index were measured and 30 Medicago germplasm resources including domestic and foreign varieties was evaluated with ubordinate function analysis, cluster analysis, correlation analysis. The results showed that L-400, Grandeur, Powerplant, Landmark5mf and Baoding owned lower heat inju- ry index and higher recovery index under high temperature stress, whereas Algonquin, L-350, Gongnong No. 2, Victoria, Lobo owned higher heat injury index and lower recovery index under high temperature stress. Grandeur, Powerplant, LandmarkSmf, L-400 and Baoding were higher heat-tolerance and Lobo, Algonquin, Victoria, Gongnong No. 2, L-350 were lower heat-tolerance. Heat injury index and recovery index were good indices for evaluation of heat tolerance of Medicago at seedling stage.
