摘 要:目的:采用高效液色谱(HPLC)法对不同产地丁香中丁香酚的含量进行比较研究.方法:采用DIONEX Acclaim120-C18色谱柱(4.6mm× 250mm,5μm),以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL/min.结果:丁香酚在2.164~10.82μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系:Y=15.999 5X-5.712 2,r=0.999 9;平均加样回收率为99.93%(RSD=0.06%,n-6),不同产地丁香中丁香酚的含量有显著差异,其中以印尼产丁香含量较高,其次为广东产丁香.结论:该方法操作简便、重现性好,可作为丁香中丁香酚含量的测定方法,为完善丁香质量控制体系提供科学依据.Objective: High-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was conducted to comparative analysis the content of euge- nol Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. from different origin. Methods:The ZORBAX SB-C18 (4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm) column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water (65:35) at the detection wavelength of 280nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min. liesuits: Analysis showed that the linear relationship of eugenol quality and peak areas was in the range of 2. 164- 10.82μg, the average recovery was 99.93% (RSD= 0.06 %, n= 6). There is a significant difference in the eugenol content of clove in different habitats which the most higher content of eugenol was Indonesia and Guangdong clove followed. Conclusion. The method is simple, reproducible, and can be used in the determination of cloves eugenol content which provide a scientific basis for improving cloves' quality control system.
