摘　　要：目的:统计分析针灸治疗男性性功能疾病相关文献,观察针灸治疗男性性功能疾病的穴位处方规律。方法:通过中文期刊全文数据库、万方全文期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库,检索1988-2013年针灸治疗男性性功能障碍常见三种疾病(勃起功能障碍、早发性射精、不射精症)的相关文献,建立文献评价表,统计其临床规律。结果:符合纳入标准文献共98篇,其中勃起功能障碍文献52篇,使用穴位所占文献比例前五位为关元、三阴交、肾俞、中极、次髎;早发性射精文献18篇,使用穴位所占文献比例前五位为关元、太溪、太冲、三阴交、肾俞;不射精症28篇,使用穴位所占文献比例前五位为关元、曲骨、肾俞、三阴交、次髎。结论:在临床治疗男性性功能障碍常见三种疾病中,使用次数最多穴位在肝经、肾经及任脉,所用次数最多穴位均为关元穴。Objective. To obtain a general rule in acupuncture treatment prescription of men sexual dysfunction by analyzing documents of acupuncture treatment in men sexual dysfunction. Methods： Searching documents of the most common disease in acupuncture of men sexual dysfunction, that is ED （ Erectile Dysfunction）, PE （Premature Ejaculation） and AE （ Anejaculation）, in 1988-2013 on the CNKI （Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure）, Wanfang database, China Biology Medicine disc （ CBM disc） to set up a document evaluation form. By analyzing constituent ratio of acupoints prescription obtain a general rule. Results ： Totally 98 articles were in accordance with the inclusive criteria. 52 of them are documents of ED, the top five constituent ratio of acupoints are GuanYuan（ RN4）, SanYinJiao（ SP6）, ShenShu（ BL23）, ZhongJi（ RN3）, CiLiao（BL32）. 18 of them are documents of PE, the top five constituent ratio of acupoints are GuanYuan（ RN4）, TaiXi（ KI3）, TaiChong（ LV3）, ShenShu（BL23）. 28 of them are documents of AE, the top five constituent ratio of acupoints are GuanYuan（ RN4）, QuGu（ RN2）, ShenShu（ BL23）, SanYinJiao（ SP6）, CiLiao（BL32）. ConcLusion： Among those three most common clinical diseases, the majority of acupoints are chosen from the Liver, Kidney and Ren channel. The GuanYuan（RN4） is the most frequently used point.
