2014年合川北碚儿童手足口病病原体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的分析2014年合川、北碚两区手足口病流行特征,探讨其流行规律。方法选取2014年合川丶北碚两区临床初步诊断为手足口病例为对象,采用患者发病1周内的咽拭子、疮疹液标本,采用实时荧光RT-PCR法,检测肠道通用型、EV71型和Cox A16型特异性核酸。结果实时荧光定量法检测179份标本中监测病例122例：核酸阳性85例,阳性率为69.7%;聚集病例57例,核酸阳性52例,阳性率为91.2%。其中监测病例中Cox A16阳性13例,占10.6%;EV71阳性31例,占25.4%,肠道通用病毒阳性41例,占33.6%;聚集病例中Cox A16阳性28.1%,EV71阳性24例,占42.1%;肠道通用病毒阳性12例,占21.1%。手足口病发病3~6月占82.7%,为主高峰,10~11月占17.3%为次高峰。1~4岁儿童占65.9%,男女比例1.16：1。结论 2014年合川丶北碚片区手足口病原以EV71肠道病毒为主,3~6月为发病高峰,10~11月为次高峰,1~4岁儿童是感染的主要人群。Objective Analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the disease in 2014 Hechuan, Beibei District, two foot and mouth to explore the popular rule .Methods Select 2014 Aikawa Dian Beibei District, two preliminary clinical diagnosis of I-IFMD cases for the object, using the onset of a week a total of swabs Dian HSV fluid specimens, using real-time fluorescence RT-PCR method,Detection of intestinal Universal, EV71 CoxA16 type and type-specific nucleic acids. Results Real-time quantitative assay to monitor cases of 179 specimens ip 122 cases： 85 cases of nucleic acid positive, the positive rate 69.7%; clusters of cases 57 cases, 52 cases of nucleic acid-positive, the positive rate 91.2%. CoxA16 positive cases in which the monitor 13 cases, accounting 10.6%; EV71 positive in 31 cases, accounting for 25.4%, common intestinal virus positive in 41 cases, accounting for 33.6%; gather positive cases CoxA16 28.1%, EV71 positive in 24 cases, accounting for 42.1%; Common intestinal virus positive in 12 cases, accounting 21.1%. Foot and mouth disease in March-June accounted 82.7%, dominated peak in October-November for the second peak 17.3% account. 1-4 years old accounted for 65.9 % children aged female ratio 1.16： 1. Conclusion 2014 Aikawa Dian Beibei Area HFMD pathogen enterovirus EV71 mainly in March-June peak of incidence, in October-November for the secund peak, one-year-old to four years old children are the main crowd of infection.
