摘 要:在复杂互联电网背景下,研究能够实时、准确判定失步中心的解列判据是电网实施解列的先决条件。从瞬时频率的角度研究失步中心电气量的特性,提出基于母线电压频率的电力系统失步解列判据。首先,通过建立与求解电网的失步模型,得到失步振荡时任意位置的电压频率解析表达式,详细分析失步中心与非失步中心的电压频率特性。然后,构造失步中心迁移的典型场景,研究该场景下电压频率的变化规律。最后,提出基于母线电压频率的解列判据,给出判据的使用说明。判据实现较简单,判据可以适应失步中心的迁移,且不受电网结构与运行方式的限制。CEPRI 36节点系统和某实际区域互联电网算例的仿真结果验证了所提判据的正确性和有效性。On the background of complicated and interconnected area power grids, to study on the splitting criterion which can capture the out-of-step center timely and accurately is the premise of the splitting strategy. The frequency characteristic of electric parameters of the out-of-step center was studied and a splitting criterion based on bus voltage frequency was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the out-of-step model of power grids was constructed and solved to get the analytical expression of the voltage frequency of any position in the transmission line, and the frequency characteristic of the out-of-step center and non-out-of-step center was analyzed in detail. Then the typical scenario of the migration of the out-of-step center was built and laws of the voltage frequency for the scenario were studied. At last, the splitting criterion based on bus voltage frequency was proposed and the instruction of the criterion was presented. Furthermore, the criterion is easy to realize and the out-of-step center can be located within half of the out-of-step cycle. The proposed criterion can adapt to the migration of the out-of-step center and is not limited to the change of the structure and operation mode of the power grids. The accuracy and effectiveness were verified in the simulations of CEPRI 36-node standard power system and interconnected network example of one actual region.
