摘　　要：论文针对如何解决下一代网络(NGN)的管控问题进行了研究,提出了基于一体化管控架构思路的两种整合集成方式:"自顶向下"和"自底向上"式,并对两种方式的实现进行了深入分析比较,详细介绍了基于"自底向上"式的一体化管控架构实现方法模型,该方法能够进一步促进信息系统集成向着标准化、一体化的方向发展。This paper studies on how to solve the control problem of the next generation network ,puts forward two kinds of integration modes based on the idea of the integration of management and control architecture ,including the “top‐down and “bottom‐up” modes .It also analyzes and compares the realization of the two method in depth ,and introduces the realization of the mode and way which is integrated by the “bottom‐up” type of management and control architecture .The method can further promotes information system towards the development of standardized and integrated way .
