摘　　要：论文分析了对信息传输系统在现代战中的重要作用,并通过分析研究作战系统上层应用对信息传输系统信息传输需求,提出了表征上层应用系统需求的技术指标,并阐述了各个技术指标测试意义,从而构建了作战系统信息传输能力的指标体系。This thesis analyses the important effect of the information transmitting system in the modern war ,resear‐ches the shipboard combat system＆#39;s demand on the information transmission ,puts forward the evaluation index system which characterizes demand of the upper application ,explains the meaning of the various technical indicators ,thus builds the evalu‐ation index system on the information transmitting ability of the shipboard combat system .
