摘  要:传统保险机制彰显出互济和商业的文化属性。保险文化是人类保险活动的结晶,与社会发展和保险服务业发展阶段动态匹配。本文根据一般到特殊的演绎逻辑,以转型研究为基本范式,采用跨学科的研究方法,论证了保险文化转型升华的必要和必然性;结合现代保险服务业特征,诠释了现代保险文化的内涵和特征,服务文化是核心,商业诚信文化和社会治理文化是其应有之义;建议以"最大诚信""服务全局"为核心价值理念,制度文化为主要抓手,"保险产品"为载体,通过保险文化自觉、创造和实践,实现向与现代保险服务业相适应的现代保险文化的转型升华。The traditional insurance mechanism embodies the cultural properties of both social mutual aid and com- merciality. The insurance culture is the crystallization of human insurance activities in dynamic concord with the de- velopmentstage of society and the insurance industry. Based on the deductive logic from the general to the particular and the paradigm of transformation, the paper adopted aninterdisciplinary research method to analyze the necessity and inevitabilityof insurance culture transformation and sublimation, explained the connotation and features of mod- em insurance culture in combination with the characteristics of modem insurance services industry, proposed that modem insurance culture should be service-centric with commercial credibility culture and social governance culture being its inherent components. The paper further recommended that we should make the "utmost good faith" and " serving the overall situation" as core values, institutional culture as the main starting point, "insurance products "as the carrier, in order to achieve the transformation and sublimation of insurance culture compatible with modem in- surance services industry through enhancing insurance culture consciousness, creativity and implementation.
