摘　　要：本文基于2010年度公开披露的68家保险公司社会责任年度报告,从披露格式和披露内容两个方面对我国保险行业公司社会责任履行情况进行分析。研究发现,多数保险公司积极履行了对股东、客户与合作伙伴、员工、社会公众和政府的社会责任,保险公司社会责任已由"理念"阶段进入到"实践"阶段,为社会经济发展做出了贡献,但总体上还处于初级阶段。最后针对保险公司在履行社会责任方面存在的问题提出相应对策和建议。Based on the 2010 annual social responsibility reports of 68 insurance companies, this paper analyzed and researched the situation of Chinese insurers to fulfill their corporate social responsibility from the two aspects of disclosure format and disclosure content. The study found that, most insurance companies actively fulfilled the social responsibility to their shareholders, customers and partners, employees, the public and government. Social responsi- bility was no longer a mere ＂concept＂ but a regular ＂practice＂ for insurance companies who have made great con- tribution to the development of social economy, albeit still at the primary stage on the whole. Finally, it put forward countermeasures and suggestions towards existing problems in fulfilling their social responsibility.
