摘  要:设计了一种医用体外冲击波碎石机专用的计量检测装置.该装置由三维运动控制装置、支架、数据采集分析系统组成,可实现三维空间内的精确定位,并能够测量空间中各个位置冲击波的声压幅值、上升时间、脉冲宽度等物理参数.对一台电磁式冲击波碎石机进行了实验测试,得到其焦点的位置及焦点上冲击波的物理参数.焦点位置与标称值符合,焦点位置冲击波的物理参数满足相关行业标准和国家标准的要求.A measurement device of extracorporeat shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) was designed for medical extracorporeal shock wave lithotripters. The device was composed of a three-dimensional motion control device, a holder, a data collection and analysis system which was able to precisely position in three-dimesion and to measure the pressure amplitude, the rising time, the pulse width and other physical parameters of the shock waves. Experiments were carried out on an electromagnetic extracorporeal shock wave lithotripter. The position of focus points and the parameters of the shock waves at focus points were measured. The position of focus points was consistent with the nominal value; and the parameters of the shock waves at focus points met the requirements in related industrial standards and national standards.
