摘　　要：综述了国内外马铃薯秧藤饲用转化及综合利用技术的研究进展,介绍了内蒙古地区马铃薯秧藤的产业化现状,提出了适宜内蒙古半农半牧地区的"青贮饲料+混合粗提取物"的综合利用技术路线,展望了内蒙古地区马铃薯秧藤高附加值的综合转化利用产业前景,以期为开发具有高附加值的马铃薯秧藤生物活性物质提取加工技术提供理论依据。The international and domestic research progress on forage transformation and integrated utilization of potato stem were reviewed and the industrialization situation of potato stem utilization in Inner Mongolia was introduced. The technical route of potato stem comprehensive utilization of ＇silage＋mixed crude extract＇, which was suitable for employment in semi-rurai and semi-pastoral areas of Inner Mongolia, was proposed in this paper. Furthermore, the comprehensive transformation and utilization industry of potato stem with high additional value in Inner Mongolia is prospected, so as to provide theoretical basis for the development of extraction and processing technology of potato stem bioactive substance with high additional value.
