摘　　要：介绍了植物水分利用效率(WUE)定义的发展历程,综述了稳定碳同位素技术在评价植物WUE中的应用及WUE与植物内源激素的关系,以期为进一步开展植物WUE的相关研究提供理论依据。The development of the concept of plant water use efficiency （WUE） was introduced in this paper, and the employment of stable carbon isotopes technology in plant WUE evaluation and the relationship between WUE and endogenous hormone of plant were also reviewed, so as to provide theoretical basis for the further study on plant WUE.
