摘　　要：讯问犯罪嫌疑人是职务犯罪侦查工作的重要内容,讯问语言是讯问工作的载体。随着2012年《刑事诉讼法》的实施,司法实践中对讯问语言的要求有所提高,讯问工作面临挑战。一线侦查员在工作中也深感讯问语言方面存在不同程度的问题和困难。讯问语言应针对问题和困难的原因,在"合法、文明、把握界限、繁简得当"的总体原则下,根据侦查讯问工作不同阶段的任务和侧重点而采用不同的讯问语言,从而更加规范、高效地进行讯问。Interrogation of the suspects is an important content of the duty crime investigation, and the interrogation language is the carrier of interrogation.
