摘　　要：主任检察官内部监督制约制度作为一种内部权力运作机制,体现的就是在检察机关内部,监督主体按照法律职责对主任检察官的履职行为进行监督或制衡,及时发现问题或错误并加以纠正,从而保证检察机关整体上对外依法公正行使检察权。从内部监督制约的范围来讲,应坚持检察一体原则;从内部监督制约的重点来讲,应坚持遵循司法规律原则;从内部监督制约的方式来讲,应保持谦抑性原则。对主任检察官内部监督制约制度的建构,应坚持上下一体、横向制约、综合监控的体系化路径。As an internal right operation mechanism,the internal supervision and restraint mechanism of chief prosecutors embodies that inside the procuratorial organ supervisors are legally entitled to check and balance the behavior of chief prosecutors and to detect and correct problems or errors without delay,so that an impartial and legal exercise of procuratorial right by the whole organ can be secured.In internal supervision and restraint mechanism,principles of procuratorial integration,judicial rule and modesty maintenance must be applied to its coverage,key work and working mode respectively.To construct the supervision and restraint mechanism, systematic manner must be factored in both internal restraint and comprehensive monitoring conducted in the whole organ.
