摘　　要：目的:探讨微信公众平台在医院门诊就医流程中的应用。方法:为门诊就诊患者设置"微信公众平台就医流程",以诊前预约、诊中等候、诊后服务查询为一体实施流程化微信平台就医。结果:微信平台能够实现随时随地预约、减少排队等待时间,提高门诊患者满意度。结论:微信公众平台就医能够改善患者就诊体验,缓解"看病难"问题,使医患关系更加和谐。Objective：To investigate the WeChat public platform in hospital outpatient service application process. Methods：Set up a＂WeChat public platform for medical treatment process＂for outpatients with diagnosis, before appointment, diagnosis, after waiting for service query as a whole implementation process of medical WeChat platform. Results： WeChat platform for medical treatment can achieve reservation, whenever and wherever possible to reduce waiting time, improve the satisfaction of patients in outpatient department. Conclusion： WeChat public platform for medical treatment can improve the patients experience, ease ＂see a doctor difficult＂problems, make more harmonious relationship between doctor and patient.
