摘　　要：目的:以Oracle数据库为例进行病案首页数据查询,需要确保数据质量的准确性和完整性。方法:不同的SQL语句进行比较、Oracle函数复用、数据库表完善性修改。结果:通过数据对比,发现优化的SQL语句可以提高查询的准确性,避免冗余或错误的数值。结论:使用优化过的SQL语句进行病案首页的查询统计,解决了既往无法实现的统计要求,满足了临床、管理的统计需要,能方便病案、统计等部门的工作。Objective： Using Oracle database as an example of the first page of medical records data query, ensure the accuracy and integrity of data quality. Methods： The SQL statement to compare different, Oracle function,improve the reuse database table modification. Results：Through the data comparison, found that SQL statement optimization can improve the query accuracy, avoid numerical redundant or wrong. Conclusion： Query statistics using the SQL statement optimization over the first page of medical records, meets the demands of statisticspreviously unable to realize, to meet the needs of clinical statistics, management, can facilitate the medical records, statistics and other departments work.
