摘 要:背景:2014年10月底医院新门诊大楼投入使用,医院希望通过新门诊药房信息化项目提升药房工作效率、缩短患者取药时间。目标:选择合适的发药业务模式,将医院HIS系统、自动发药机系统、叫号系统、自助报到机系统进行系统集成,对信息化项目实施效果进行评估。方法:综合考虑政策、环境、资源配置、门诊药房压力、自动发药机性能等因素,选择确定发药业务模式;利用数据分析及软件模拟的方法进行决策支持;采取多方联合的方式制定统一的业务流程和接口方案。结论:门诊药房信息化是多系统集成的复杂工程,多方联合制定统一方案有利于项目顺利实施;药房发药业务模式的选择要根据医院实际情况综合考虑,利用数据分析和软件模拟是有效的辅助手段;项目实施后患者实现了坐等取药,平均取药时间6-7分钟;叫号发药模式降低了发药窗口药师的压力;自动发药机的应用减少了59.64%的药品人工调配量,调配药师工作量降低了48.33%。项目实施达到了预期效果。Background: The administrators hoped to improve the efficiency of outpatient pharmacy and shorten the time cost of the medication takers by the IT project' s implementation, when the new outpatient building was put into use at October, 2014. Objectives: To choose an appropriate business model for outpatient pharmacy. To integrate HIS, Auto-Dispensing Machine System, Digital Signage and Queuing System, Prescription Submitting Self Service System, etc., to evaluate the implementation of the project. Method: We chose the DWR (Dispense When Register) model instead of DWC (Dispense When Charge) model, by considering the factors of environment, policy, resources allocation, pharmacy pressure, auto- dispensing machine, etc. We made decisions by analyzing the historical medical data and setting up a software model to simulate the model we have chosen. We delivered a serial of project plans to ensure the software and interfaces will be developed under discussed regulars. Result: The IT project for outpatient pharmacy is complicated. The process of choosing business model relies on the circumstances of the hospital, and data analysis will aid to do this. By the implementation of the project, the outpatients can sit and wait for their medications at outpatient pharmacy. The average time cost per patient is 6 to 7 minutes. The pressure of dispensers reduced as they call outpatients to take medications. The pharmacy reduced amount of medications dispensed by manual way by 59.64%, and reduced the workload by 48.33%.
