摘　　要：目的:论证设计出一款适用于现行电子病历质量管理系统的架构设计方案,为下一步的软件开发提供参考依据。方法:通过查阅国内外相关文献资料,掌握该系统目前的研发情况,然后对软件用户进行走访并调研其需求,在此基础上运用逻辑分析,并结合专家咨询的方式进行设计。结果:建立病历质量评测标准缺陷库,根据使用者的不同划分为管理员用户、质检科用户、科主任用户和医生用户,再给不同的用户设计出与之相配套的功能模块,最后找专家进行合理化论证,拿出一套切实可行的架构设计方案。结论:该设计方案可靠性、实用性高,基于此可充分提高下一步系统开发的质量和效率。Objective：Design a suitable architecture scheme for the current electronic medical record quality management system, and provide the reference for the next step of software development. Methods：By consulting the related literatures at home and abroad, grasp the current R＆D situation of the system, then visit the software users and investigate their demand, on the basis of it, combined expert advice using logical analysis approach to design. Results： Established the standard defect Library of medical record quality evaluation, according to different users is divided into administrator users, quality inspection users, department of director users and doctor users, give different users to design a matching function modules, finally, find experts to conduct rational argument, produce a viable solution of architecture design. Conclusion：The reliability and practicability of the design is high, based on it can fully improve the quality and the efficiency of system development next step.
