摘　　要：目的:利用信息化手段规范医疗不良事件填写上报流程,使医疗不良事件上报网络化、数字化,改进查询、汇总、信息反馈等功能,加强对医疗不良事件监管力度,提升医疗质量安全管理水平。方法:建立医疗不良事件数据集,设计架构医疗不良事件处理流程,使用Power Builder 9.0为工具开发医疗不良事件管理系统。结果:医疗不良事件数字化填报流程减少手工填报的劳动强度,上报数据信息规范,汇总统计快捷准确,监控反馈及时到位。结论:医疗不良事件填报流程再造使医疗不良事件管理标准化,提高了不良事件的监管效率,提升医院信息化水平。Objective： To optimize the workflow of the medical adverse events reporting, and to achieve the whole process informatization management of medical adverse events management. construct medical adverse events monitoring system help the medical quality continuous improvement. Methods： The basic data set and management process of medical adverse events was constructed, process of reporting was optimized, a medical adverse monitoring system was developed. Results：Reporting circulation was simplified, real-time monitoring and output classifed statistical report of medical adverse events were implemented. Conclusion：The medical adverse event management process was standardized, the quality of medical care and the patient＇ s safety were improved on a higher level through the monitoring system.
