摘　　要：目的:通过构造区域内部的医学影像信息交换平台,以实现区域内医院的医学影像资源的共享与整合。方法:结合上海浦东陆家嘴地区医学影像信息化的现状,就应用PACS进行区域医疗联合体的设计与建设进行介绍、整理与讨论。结果:区域PACS系统开发并试运行。结论:通过区域PACS系统的应用,节约宝贵的医疗资源,方便患者就诊。Objective： By constructing intra-regional medical imaging information exchange platform for sharing and integration within the regional hospital medical imaging resources. Methods： Combining with the present situation of Shanghai Pudong Lujiazui Area regional medical imaging information, on the basis of the PACS system, in this dissertation design and construction of Commonwealth Regional Medical are introduced, sorted and discussed to other areas of the building PACS system for their own characteristics and development direction of reference. Results：Regional medical imaging system was initially developed and tested. Conclusion：Through the application of regional PACS system, medical resource was saved and patient treatment facilitated.
