高原寒区野战医疗营区中标识牌的制作与应用体会

摘　　要：目的:为提高高原寒区野战卫勤保障水平,野战医疗营区有必要制作醒目的导向标示牌和护理标示牌引导外来伤病员快速分诊救治。方法:本着节省成本、实用性强的原则,制作室外导向牌和室内护理标示牌,既能适应高原寒区大风低温环境,又能到达清晰醒目、使用性强的目的。结果:高原寒区野战医疗卫勤保障能力显著提升,加强了伤病员的病情管控,伤病员分类检伤效率和危重伤病员抢救成功率明显提高。结论:医疗营区各类标识牌的合理设置,实现了伤病员快速救治,便于部队伤病员在野战医疗营区快速有序就诊,提高了伤病员的抢救成功率。Objective： To improve the quality of plateau cold field medical support, it is necessary to make eye-catching signs and nursing guidance signs to guide outside patients rapid triage treatment for the field medical camp. Methods：Based on the principle of saving cost, strong usability,our outdoor and indoor nursing oriented indication signs can adapt to cold plateau with strong wind and low temporature environment, and can reach the purpose of clearly marked, strong usability. Effect：Cold plateau field medical service support capability have improved significantly. Strengthen the patient＇s disease control, triage efficiency of the sick and wounded and rescue success rate of critically wounded have increased significantly. Conclusion：By reasonable setting all kinds of indication signs in medical camp, the wounded can be rapid treatment, so that the success rate of rescuing the wounded can be enhanced.
