摘 要:利用IPG-3000W光纤连续激光器在耐火砖芯模(45钢)表面进行熔凝强化处理。利用金相显微镜、显微硬度计等分析手段研究光纤激光熔凝处理对45钢微观组织、显微硬度的影响。结果表明:经光纤激光熔凝后45钢表面的晶粒得到了明显细化,随着激光功率的增加,熔凝层深度明显增加;随着激光扫描速度的增加,晶粒细化越显著。表面熔凝后的组织受相变强化和细晶强化的双重作用,使其力学性能显著提高,显微硬度相对于基体明显增加。The fiber laser melting treatment was employed on 45 steel surface with IPG-3000 fiber laser. The effects of laser melting treatment on the variation of microstructure and properties of the 45 steel were studied. The results show that the grains of 45 steel were refined after laser melting. With the increase of laser scanning speed the grains are refined increasingly. The microhardness of samples was increased due to the quicker solidification speed with the higher laser power and quicker laser scanning speed. The mechnical property of structure was increased on the basis of phase transformation strength and grain refine, the hardness value of the melted zone was much higher than the parent material.
