摘  要:研究了精铸蜡粉SLS成形件的后处理工艺。用SLS技术制备了成形件,对成形件进行不同工艺的浸蜡处理,并对浸蜡件的微观形貌和物理性能进行了分析。结果表明,浸蜡前进行预热处理(40℃,30 min),第一次浸蜡温度76℃,第二次浸蜡温度66℃效果最好;浸蜡件精度符合要求,抗拉强度达到了1.41 MPa。蜡件性能得到了提高,达到了使用要求。The purpose of this experiment is to study the post-treatment process of SLS parts by precision casting wax powder. Green parts were manufactured with SLS. The green parts were treated with different wax impregnation processes. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the parts were analyzed. The result show that before wax impregnating, the preheating temperature was 40℃, the time of process was 30 min, the first temperature of impregnation was 76℃, the second was 66℃, the precision of parts was fine. The tensile strength of parts was 1.41 MPa, the physical properties of parts were improved and meet the requirements.
