摘 要:目前裂纹是影响双相不锈钢铸件质量最严重的缺陷之一。文中从双相不锈钢本身固有的成分和组织特性出发,分析双相不锈钢铸件产生裂纹的原因,表明双相不锈钢铸件裂纹主要由双相不锈钢的σ相脆性、475℃脆性和晶粒粗化脆性以及夹渣、气孔等铸造缺陷所引起的,并针对双相不锈钢铸件实际生产的各个工序提出了相应的裂纹预防措施。Cracks have become one of the most serious defects for duplex stainless steel (DSS) casting at present. In this paper, based on the inherent composition and microstructure characteristics ofDSS, the causes of cracks in DSS castings were analyzed, the cracks in DSS castings are caused by cr phase brittleness, 475℃ brittleness, grain coarsening brittleness, and casting defects such as slag inclusion and gas pore. The corresponding prevention methods for cracks also had been put forward during DSS casting production process.
