摘　　要：感染性疾病是新生儿期的常见病和多发病,由于新生儿期患儿免疫功能低下,起病紧急,一旦发病往往病情危重,预后较差,因此早期作出正确诊断极其重要性。目前临床上检测新生儿感染的标志物很多,主要包括血常规、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血清降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等。血清PCT检测对于早期新生儿细菌感染特别是严重感染的敏感度、特异性高,且可以反映感染的严重程度,以及用药的疗效和预后,故降钙素检测可以作为临床早期诊断细菌感染特别是严重细菌感染性疾病的指标。IL-6是参与多种生理与免疫过程的重要细胞因子,具有广泛的生物活性,目前认为它是参与全身炎症反应综合征(SIRS)、脓毒症等的重要炎性介质。IL-6可作为早期判断新生儿细菌感染的指标。临床上,如果将血清PCT与IL-6联合检测,就可以提高新生儿感染性疾病诊断的早期准确率。本文就血清IL-6和PCT在早期新生儿感染性疾病中的变化规律及临床意义做一综述。Infectious diseases in neonatal period and multiple common diseases, because of low neonatal immune function of children, The onset of emergency, Once the disease, Critical condition, The prognosis is poor, so it is important of early and correct diagnosis. Detection of serum PCT is high Sensitivity and high specificity for early neonatal bacterial infection, especially severe infection. So the PCT detection can become the early diagnosis index of bacterial infection, especially Severe bacterial infections. IL-6 is the important cytokine of participate in a variety of physiological and immune process, With a wide range of biological activity. At present, it is think of the important inflammatory mediators to participate in SIRS and metastasizing septicemia. Clinically, Joint detection blood PCT and IL-6 can improve the accuracy rate of early of Diagnosis of neonatal infection. This article make a summary for change regulation and Clinical significance of blood IL-6 and PCT in early neonatal infectious diseases.
