摘  要:目的通过对贵州航天医院、遵义医学院附属医院、遵义市第一人民医院3家遵义地区大型医院2012~2014年儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染情况进行调查分析,了解遵义地区儿童MP感染的流行病学情况。方法对2012年1月至2014年12月在3家医院门诊及住院部因呼吸道感染的1 427例患儿血清标本,采用颗粒凝集法检测MP特异性抗体(MP-Ig M)。结果1 427例呼吸道感染患儿MP-Ig M总阳性检出率为29.99%(428/1 427);男性阳性检出率为28.28%(233/824),女性阳性检出率为32.34%(195/603),二者比较,差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.74,P〉0.05)。MP-Ig M阳性检出率最高季节为冬、春季,分别为37.15%和32.75%。MP-Ig M阳性率最高年龄为大于6~9岁组(38.89%),其次为大于9~12岁组(35.66%),最低为小于1岁组(18.63%)。结论 MP是遵义地区儿童呼吸道感染的主要病原体,其分布特点有年龄、季节差异,冬、春季是MP感染的高发季节。Objective To understand the epidemiologic status of mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP) infection among children in Zunyi area by investigating the children MP infection situation in these 3 large scale hospitals. Methods Serum MP specific antibody(MP-Ig M) in the serum samples collected from 1 427 children patients with respiratory infection in the outpatient and in-patient departments of these 3 hospitals from January 2012 to December 2014 were detected by adopting the particle agglutination assay. Results Among 1 427 children cases of respiratory infection,the total positive detection rate of MP-Ig M was 29.99%(428/1 427). The positive detection rate in males was 28.28%(233/824)and which in females was 32.34%(195/603),showing no statistical difference between males and females(χ2=2.74,P〉0.05). The seasons with the highest MP-Ig M positive detection rate were winter and spring,which were 37.15% and 32.75% respectively. The highest positive rate(38.89%) of MP-Ig M was found in〉 6~9 years old group,the second highest positive rate(35.66%) was found in 〉9~12 years old group and the lowest positive rate(18.63%)was found in 〈1 years old group. Conclusion MP is a main pathogen of acute respiratory tract infection among children in Zunyi area.Its distribution characteristics have the age and season differences. Winter and spring are the high epidemic seasons of MP infection.
