老年糖尿病低血糖症患者的临床研究与分析

摘　　要：目的探讨老年糖尿病低血糖症患者的临床特点、诱发原因及治疗措施。方法分析收治的43例糖尿病低血糖症患者的临床资料。结果导致低血糖症发生主要因素为胰岛素使用不合理,具体为胰岛素用量过多。43例老年糖尿病低血糖症患者经积极治疗或,临床有效率为90.70%(39/43);其余4例患者经积极治疗后未能有效控制血糖,病情反复发作,采取积极对症治疗及血糖处理后,低血糖得到控制。结论要想有效降低老年糖尿病低血糖症的发生率,医疗人员应当对糖尿病患者及家属进行健康宣教,使其了解并学习低血糖的急救与预防知识及措施。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of senile diabetic patients with hypoglycemia, causes and treatment measures. Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 43 cases of diabetic patients with hypoglycemia. Results Main factors lead to hypoglycemia occurs for insulin use is not reasonable, specific for excessive dosage of insulin. 43 cases of senile diabetic patients with hypoglycemia after active treatment, or the clinical effective rate was 90. 70% （39/43） ; The rest of the four patients failed to control blood sugar after active treat- ment, an illness to break out repeatedly, take positive after symptomatic treatment and processing of blood sugar, low blood sugar under control. Conclusions In order to effectively reduce the incidence rate of senile diabetic hypoglycemi- a, medical personnel shall make health education for diabetes patients and their families, and make them understand and learn the knowledge of emergency treatment and prevention of hypogIycaemia and measures.
