摘　　要：随着国家对汽车燃料消耗的法规越来越严格,绿色轮胎的市场竞争愈演愈烈,文章通过对绿色轮胎领域的中国专利申请进行统计分析,介绍了国内申请的构成情况、发展态势,并对比分析了国内外在该领域的专利申请中的细分技术领域分布情况,对国内申请人在现阶段的专利策略提出相关的建议。With the regulations of automobile fuel consumption in china become more and more stringente,the green tire market competition is intensified.By statistical analysis of the domestic patent application for green tire,this paper has introduced the composing,the development trend of the domestic application,and compared the distributed situation of the applications in the subdivision technology in domestic and abroad in this field.At last,this paper puts forward related suggestions in the patent strategy for the domestic applicants at the present stage.
