十味骨康口服液治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察十味骨康口服液治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将80例糖尿病型骨质疏松症患者随机分为2组各40例。2组均进行糖尿病基础治疗并口服钙尔奇D,对照组服用阿仑膦酸钠,观察组给予十味骨康口服液,治疗3月。比较2组治疗前后腰椎骨密度、临床疗效。结果:2组治疗后空腹血糖均降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血糖变化差值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗前后血钙水平无明显变化(P>0.05),2组血钙变化程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组治疗后骨密度值均升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后骨密度差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.5%,对照组为75.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:十味骨康口服液治疗糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的疗效显著,安全。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Gukang Oral Liquid（SGOL） in treatment of osteoporotic patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods： Eighty patients diagnosed as diabetic osteoporosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The two groups were given diabetes basic treatment and oral use of Caltrate D. Besides that, the control group was treated with alendronate sodium, and the observation group was given SGOL. The treatment lasted for 3 continuous months. The lumbar bone mineral density（BMD） and curative effect of the 2 groups were compared. Results： The levels of fasting blood glucose （FBG） of both groups after treatment was decreased （P 〈 0.05 compared with before treatment）. The difference value of blood glucose between the two groups was insignificant（P 〉 0.05）. The blood calcium level had no obviously variation before and after treatment, either between the two groups after treatment（P 〉 0.05）. The BMD value of both groups was significantly increased after treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant （P 〈 0.05）. The total effective rate was 92.5% in the observation group, and was 75.0% in the control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion. The clinical effect of SGOL in treating osteoporotic patients with diabetes metlitus is remarkable, having no obvious side effects.
