滇桂沿边金融综合改革试验区建设路径研究

摘　　要：随着中国与东盟之间交流和合作的不断深入,滇桂沿边金融综合改革试验区的建设提上日程。文章在对滇桂沿边金融综合改革试验区建设内容及意义解读的基础上,分析了中国与东盟成员国间的贸易和投资情况。对于滇桂沿边试验区的改革,本文主要对温州、上海、深圳前海及滇桂两省区改革中的精髓进行了借鉴,从而提出了滇桂沿边金融综合改革试验区建设的实现路径:发展跨境人民币业务、优化外汇管理和服务、提高贸易便利化水平、加快外向型区域金融中心建设步伐、完善金融基础设施等。With the deepening exchanges and cooperation between China and ASEAN, the construction of the border pilot com- prehensive financial reform zone of Yunnan and Guangxi is put on agenda. The paper first introduces the content and significance of the construction, and analyses the trade and investment situations between China and ASEAN. Then, on the basis of the expe- rience of Wenzhou, Shanghai, and Shenzhen Qianhai, it puts forward a construction path for the border pilot financial reform zone of Yunnan and Guangxi, including developing cross - border RMB business, optimizing foreign exchange management and service, enhancing the level of trade facilitation, accelerating the construction of regional international financial center and im- proving financial infrastructure.
